I climbed all the way to celestial with Hulk and have faced some pretty good Hulks as well. The issue isn't that everyone sucks at hulk, it's that nobody really plays the Hulk. It's so rare to see anyone playing him, but when I do see him being played, they give me and my supports a hard time

It hulk hands down if the player that plays hulk is good its like a free win. Hulk can punch through strange and magneto shield and has one of the best ults in the game, can counter almost every ult and has the most hp in the game

I despise Penni. While people say she's bad she just happens to be really annoying for most of the Vanguards I play.

Ignoring how often teammates ignore her mines, it's her stun that drives me insane. I mostly play melee Vanguards so having to dodge or bait her stun every 3 seconds while aslo having to deal with her mines, her self heal, and her having a ranged attack that doesn't need to reload, she is frustrating. Especially since that stun can just disable ults with almost no effort.
