I like the water weights and the bands do help stretch. I had to take thr shoes off for the feet to fit! Always nice to see your face and the discoveries u find

lol I was about to say not you drinking out the weight lol...I love everything except the water bag only because it will have to be completely full to keep it balance . I can really use that back stretcher. great buys thanks for sharing
