I got this one for $150 from ebay. Like the dail of fugu, and the 4 o'clock pin instead of 8 o'clock citizen design. Better grip of seiko skx bezel style is also cool to have.

I have it and swim with it. It is a gorgeous watch and I m so happy with it .
Only problem it is heavy so I switched to a nato strap to make it lighter .

Nice to see a review of this, I like the way Heimdallr mix it up, their SKX with Monster dial is tempting. I own their srp777 turtle homage with Willard style dial, I love it but had the same problem with the crown. I think it is because the spring is very strong, and I worried I would cross thread it. I actually filed a tiny notch on the crown so I can tell what position the thread starts, and now it screws in every time.

Interesting amalgam of parts there. I had a Heimdallr monobloc marine master homage, the lume was outstanding but obviously the watch wasn't good enough for me as I flipped it. The case was just too heavy for the bracelet and it felt unbalanced. I'm just waiting for my pre-owned full lume MMI Turret to arrive, complete with SW200 movement.

The crown guards really do make it a pain to use (especially trying to screw it back down) but I have sausage fingers. The bezel is super gritty and sloppy on mine. I found it disappointing since the bezel action on my Heimdallr monster is fantastic so I was hoping for better but everything still lines up perfectly. I love the FUGU dial, bracelet is super comfortable and the finishing is exemplary for the price. I’m happy with it, you can’t expect perfection on a $150 watch.
I eventually bought the V2 (similar full lume dial but with round hour markers and slightly different 6, 9 and 12 markers) with a kind of fluted bezel and steel insert. Same issue with the crown guards naturally but the bezel action is about perfect just a little stiff.
Other than the bezel on that one watch I’ve never had a QC issue on a Heimdallr. Great watches for the money.

I own this watch for a few years now. I have the jubilee style bracelet. It's got so much lume it is hard to see. Nice solid watch

I have this watch except with brushed and polished stainless bezel and round gray n black indices and jubilee bracelet. Guess it's not the same watch... Love it!

Good day yes my citizen full loom has the same problem they should have used black hands at 3:00 in the morning it does nothing but blend together. So I usually wear this during the day and do a changeover at night I just can't see it.

I really like the style of the watch and some decent finishes. I would have preferred applied indices and I do wonder what Lorus know that heindallr don’t. I have one of those Lorus watches as a beater and it glows for hours….

Very good looking and I always appreciate these companies not doing a 1:1 homage but the lack of contrast on the dial is a problem. You should want to be able to read the watch any time you look at it.

The “Deliverance” reference made me laugh so hard Dan! By the way, not a Sharky fan…however, this watch is really cool. I like all the lume. The second hand looks clean and the red pops on it against the face. Good job as always. Really like your reviews. Smart, entertaining, and honest! Keep up the good work!

It's rally a full Citizen homage in that they also do 4o clock crown dive watches, the bezels very non Citizen as you say. I've had an auto Promaster or Fugu ish on my list for a while and they sometimes come up at about £160, Quite a compelling afgument against the slightly "bitsa" homage ?
