I smoked cigs for 22 years. Switched to vaping but not those cheap disposable ones, I use a refillable mod with vape juice made in the USA. I can tell you for sure as someone who’s been vaping for the last 3ish years I feel 100% better than when I was smoking. I don’t wheeze, I have no shortness of breath, I don’t smell of cigs, and I don’t freak out if I can’t use my vape most of the day at work like I did when I needed a cig. As far as I see, I have no issues whatsoever from vaping.

Hopefully they will allow this money to be used to help those known to an affected and the rest to help lower insurance or property taxes….

You know flavored Vapes for the only reason that I was able to quit smoking after like 30 years. If you're going to say that having fruit flavored things is specifically marketed towards kids then what about all the fruit flavored alcohol?

Kids are going to be kids. It won’t stop them from getting their hands on them. Are you going after anything else? I quit smoking by using vapor products and I like fruit flavors. Stuff like this always starts with the phrase “we have to protect the kids”. It’s illegal for a minor to possess them and sell to them but let’s punish the adults for whom they are made for. He must have said “protect kids” almost a dozen times. So, where does this money go again? I must have missed that part.

I've actually bought these once the hemp one... it vapes smooth. Nice flavors. They need a thc one for dispensaries lol. They actually have one of the best vape tech. I can see why they went after them. There is no button just inhale exhale. Juul is ok but could be better. I think their ecigs have better tech than most. They need to switch to the mmj industry. That's where they are needed not school grounds. They do that to kill kids of nicotine poisoning. Thanks for hurting them for everyone. Child exploitation needs to stop.
