Hello everyone,

We were having some fun up in the mountains lately. There’s something so exciting about foraging for food out in nature. Of course, it is very important to identify plants correctly!

Thank You Hannah for another lovely video. Wild raspberries make the best jam and pies. I loved picking wild blackberries with my Grandfather when I was young. I just love your videos. They truly make my day. 🇨🇦

I think prayer that requires conscious effort and sacrifice is more valuable than when it’s just part of a monastery routine or schedule. Personally, I think prayer requires more strength and sacrifice when we are devoted to it in the world. For one thing, in a monastery, a person just follows the schedule that her life is shaped around. In the world, there are so many distractions that can easily pull us from making time with God! But the battle is worth it!
Thanks again for a great video. I’m glad you keep making them!
God bless you, Hannah! 😇🙏❤️

Hello Hannah! I hope that you are having a good day today! Thank you for this beautiful video! I don't get out much, so whenever I feel a need to see the beauty of God's creation, I know I can turn to one of your beautiful videos. When your cats had their heads deep in their food bowls, the chicken walking near them seemed to be saying, "but what about me, where's my bowl of food?" I guess you can't blame your chickens for wanting to feast on the bounty of your garden!

Colorado looks quite inviting. It would be lovely if you could send some rain to Boston. Everything is burned and water bans are in place. I leave out bowls of water for the animals as the streams are bone dry. They are emptied consistently. Yankee Doodle seems like quite a character! Have a wonderful Labour Day!🥰

Seeing the growth of your garden reminds me of the garden my family and I had when I lived in a small town as a teenager. I sometimes miss those days. Your Yankee Doodle is certainly fond of you. What beautiful nature.

“August is the Sunday of Summer” - MacCov . Your video reminds us to be ever thankful for Summers, and to rest in it’s loveliness. Some of your shots of the sunset looked like paintings, they were so extraordinary. Thank you!

Another beautiful video, Hannah. The sceneries you capture are breathtakingly beautiful. Your videos are a periodic reminder for me to try and find God in everyday, ordinary surroundings. I struggle to do structured prayer throughout the day as well but the beauty all around us remind me that God walks with us all along. Thanks for posting and giving us a glimpse of your life. God Bless.

Hi Hannah 🌸 You certainly know a lot about plants, growing vegetables, what is safe to eat in the wild ❇️

i have been interested in foraging for food, but I am afraid that I will misidentify a plant and eat something not good for me. How did you learn to forage? Did someone show and teach you which plants are good to eat, or did you learn from a book or online?
