A few of the 4 star sets would be absolutely amazing if they got 5 star versions. The ones I can currently think of are Martial Artist, Gambler(as in the video), Instructor.

2 piece 4* sets can be quite good if their 2p buff is good, because you can just use a 4* feather and flower and not lose much in the way of important stats.
Gambler and the defense one are great if you're focused on specific things from a character.
And then Instructors is just a fantastic support set as a 4p as well
