The Warning made Track by Track videos for every song on their latest album, Keep Me Fed. In the one for "Consume, " they talk about the song’s exploration of overconsumption and hypocrisy. The speaker begins by criticizing others, but as the song progresses, they shift inward, admitting their own complicity with the line, "Now I've become the greedy little fucker."

Written during a hectic tour with Three Days Grace in Canada, the chaotic environment reflected the song’s themes of imbalance. Pau’s portable MIDI keyboard helped kickstart the track, and Dany pointed out the distinctive guitar solo. The explicit lyric in the pre-chorus caused some concern with their parents, but the band kept it to maintain the intensity of the song. The line "greedy little fucker" became essential to the track, capturing its raw energy. The album title Keep Me Fed actually comes from a lyric in this song, tying the track’s core message into the album’s broader themes.

These CDMX shows in Feb were pro shot, but haven't been released yet. I would expect to see those videos come out later this year.
The guitar Dany is playing is a Orianthi Lotus Bloom, a PRS private stock guitar gifted to her by Orianthi herself at the PRS 40th anniversary show in January. Dany had mentioned she loved that guitar in a PRS Guitars Japan interview with her and Kanami from Band Maid. A 14 or 15K dollar guitar, if you can find one. This is their 1st, and only so far, song with the "F" word. Their Mom was less than thrilled, and kept trying to get them to change it, "sucker" or "trucker" etc. They told Mom that she'll have to live with it. Dad was happy at first, but realized that it was necessary to convey the message they wanted.
