Ok there’s a segment about some apartments, now they want to sue the landlord & complex cause of the conditions.. the tenants are who did these conditions they nasty and trifling they’re dirty. They don’t take care of them. The place is rundown cause of what they did to it. It was brand new when they moved in. They showed pictures of the filth and the torn down mini blinds on the window all the stuff the tenant did how do they have a right to suit the landlord they tore up this place and now live conditions are horrible. Well you did it. I don’t even know why there was a news report on it how are you gonna blame the complex or something that you did the tenant did that place is rundown of the tenants nothing to do with the landlord that building with the building was brand new when they all moved in there, they tore it up. Also there was a lot of ground work & diggin with road work, maybe they hit some pipes or clogged up something around there🤷🏻‍♀️ & it’s backing up. But what does landlord have to do with them piling up trash & breaking there mini blinds & nasty enough to have roaches & mice?? Really? The clean tenants have to suffer cause of the trifling ones who are nasty.
