Hello James, first time watching, jumped over here from the Stickygoose world. I would suggest buying the reprint Incredible Hulk & Wolverine with the wraparound cover by John Byrne. Very affordable, super-cool cover with the full story, an extra wolverine Hercules story & extra pages of background.

Appreciate the honesty with that. I have regrets in my collection as well. I am selling them off and keeping the ones that mean something to me, regardless of price. It’s time to let go of the regrets and mistakes and just move forward, for me anyway. I like the books behind you. Would like to see them more. Is there a video that showcases your hangers? You're an adult. You should take responsibility for your own mistakes. This why I don't chase keys and I never ever pay fair market value for any comic. In those rare occasions when I do I feel like a dirty whore for weeks to months!

There is a learning curve to this journey. Lesson learned. I regret buying my Werewolf by Night 32 when I t was high. Could get a 9.0 with how much it costs now.

My biggest regret for Hulk #181, that I bought off the rack when I was little, is that I no longer have it LOL! When you get to my age, the price of that book could be triple what you paid for it.. I just wish I had all the comics I bought at cover price 50 years ago... I would have several million dollars by now! My ASM #1 was in at least "fine or very fine" condition, and I had to sell it for only $300 US dollars about 35 years ago. 😭😭😭 Oh well, we all over pay from time to time, it is still a great book for your collection. Hulk #181 will always be a blue chip key

I bought a nonMVS raw 181 with a big felt tip red mark on the cover in the “ H” for Hulk. Graded it, green label CGC 5.5. Not a massive Wolvey fan, i just want to collect full runs so i needed it. But hey only cost me £300 back in 2017. 😅

This video was worth it for Jason’s retort.

For the record i have a She Hulk 1 cgc 9.8 that i bought around 2018 i think for £180. During the run up to the tv show 9.8s were going for £1k. Now they’re down to £350-400. ZERO regrets, dont care. I collect for the love of it with half an eye on value, but the re-sell isnt the main aspect for me.

I just checked prices on Ebay, and right now £2.5K would get you the same book at CGC grade of 6.5 !!!

I think the biggest mistake is borrowing money to buy a comic. Whenever you buy something, there are transaction cost getting out of and into thst already put u in in a hole to begin with.

If you get its mates #180 and #182, they will look better, and when and if you decide to sell, you'll will probably earn a profit! Depending of course, that you have paid off the loan and the interest wasn't to unbearable? That's not a nice nick name that Jason has got for you though! I'd sue him £3, 000 for slander! 🤣
