Swim University makes pool and hot tub care easy for millions of homeowners. Each year, we continue to help more people with water chemistry, cleaning, and troubleshooting. We know taking care of a swimming pool or spa can be difficult. And it’s hard to find a trusted source of information. This is the reason we created Swim University.

I’m struggling with “Stabalizer” being super high on my tests. Water is clear as a bell but not matter how much I drain and replace I still never see a decrease in stabalizer levels

NEVER FOLLOW THIS ADVICE. I TRIED AND ENDED UP BEING IN HUGE PROBLEMS, HARD WORK AND WASTE OF MONEY TO FIX.

What’s the comparison between the concentration of pool specific liquid chlorine vs bleach? Not in the mood to google but I wonder if it’s really cheaper in the long run depending on how much you have to use to get equal results

Here in South Africa baking soda is actually more expensive than alkalinity up. Maybe I should rather put pool chemicals into my cake.
