Thanks for the comment and the suggestion. We haven't really considered P.T. Anderson before, but we'll add him to our list.

Thanks for the suggestion. Not sure that we're familiar enough with his work, but we'll talk it over.

MALICK is beautiful, in special, your cinematography and sensibility.

Where there is truth, there is beauty. I appreciate how Malick searches for truth in his films, and how much he pays attention to aesthetic. Nothing but love for Malick.

The beauty of his films is hard to deny. It's just that his method of exploration can sometimes feel aimless and therefore be hard to engage with.

That was awesome! Didn't really know who Malick was, but now I'm interested. Thanks!

It's a good place to start, since it has more of a story than his more recent work.

Great video. I love Malick's films, and this video inspires me to go back and watch them again with a more critical eye. Haven't seen Tree of Life, or Badlands. But Days of Heaven, Thin Red Line and New World have been watched multiple times. What you're video made clear to me is that you can't separate Malick's visuals from the emotional content. And if the emotion of the film (conveyed through the acting, the cinematography, the music) doesn't grab you, then the visuals will be meaningless.

Live wallpaper? That sounds kind of amazing.

Kubrick has been suggested before, so he's definitely on our list. Glad you liked the dinosaur scene.

Thin Red Line was one of his better films in my opinion

Right on... I love the films of Malick's that I've seen. Maybe I should go back and watch his first two films... but I'm scared. Lol.
