World switches off for Earth Hour

7000 cities across 172 countries switched off for an hour on Saturday (March 25) to mark Earth Hour.
It's the tenth anniversary of the event's inception which aims to focus public attention on the issue of climate change and save a few megawatts in the process.
Lights on the Sydney Harbour Bridge and the Sydney Opera House were switched off in Australia.
