I was forced to buy flights at my appointment where vfs staff in Johannesburg told me I had to book otherwise it will get rejected. After booking the flights and accommodation, I am still waiting and keep getting told to speak to the embassy and the embassy keeps pushing you back to vfs. This whole thing appears to be a scam. Hopefully this monopoly will end with Atlys new visa services

I was late by 25mins for my appointment.
Thanks to the railways for delaying the train by 8 hours.
They forced me to buy this service. And the lady who assisted didnt even bother to look at my application. Treated me as if i dont deserve any attention. Nobody asked for refreshments. I had to ask myself for some tea as i had been travelling for 20hours and ran to their office.
All my documents were in proper order. I prepared everything. It didnt even take 10 mins for her.
She didn't bother to see that i already paid for courier service and was asking me to opt for that too.!!

Have had Premium Lounge service with VFS Durban. It was nothing like what is shown in the video, and we had to collect in person - no courier option. Pretty much false advertising!
