This week, we be jammin' with my jammin' sister Qiana Conley, music supervisor, documentarian, and all around jammer. From the studio to the kitchen, Q shows me how to make fruit jams, and boy are they delicious! A great way to preserve the flavors of the season, and to gift others with the sweet taste of love.

We decided to make two jams, plumcot and mango/white peach. Here's the recipe:

- 5 to 6 plumcots, 2 mangoes & 2 white peaches
- 2 cups of organic cane sugar
- Water as needed (not all fruits need water)
- 1 lemon (half per pot of jam)
