Rib flare is more than just “ribs sticking out”. Rib flare is an indication that a person’s ribcage is stuck in a particular position. When someone has rib flare, they often have mobility restrictions. If you notice you have some ribs that flare, you may also notice that your shoulders and back may feel stiff from time to time. To reduce your rib flare, improve ribcage motion, and increase shoulder mobility, try the exercises in this video!
