Hats off to Dr Barnard for staying so calm and reserved in his answering these "old news" vegan questions and arguments :)

It’s ridiculous that vegans have to learn all of this stuff, so that they have a solid argument against people that are trying to justify their cruelty.
JHClimbs
"This is ridiculous, " indeed, this argument against veganism is absurd.

Intentional killing vs unintentional killing. We don't ban cars because people get killed in car accidents yet it's deemed immoral to run someone over with your car. Same argument applies in this context. Accidentally killing animals to produce crops is not the same morally as intentionally breeding animals into slavery, feeding them crops and then stabbing them in the throat to eat their flesh. Intent matters.

Tim Sheiff using the same Arguments as Dave Asprey and Dr. Baker... next

When will people understand that being vegan does not mean you withstand a million percent from cruelty. The definition of veganism is you adopt a lifestyle that limits the exploitation of animals for food, clothing or other sources as far as possible. No one is perfect and no one is going to never not harm a living being a million percent. What I do know is, I'm not going to just say, "Oh well, rodents birds and bugs die for these plants so I'm going to eat a steak since harm is harm". Do you know for certainty a bird or rodent died to produce that plant you ate? No you don't! But you do know without a shadow of a doubt that cow screamed and cried before it was killed. You ever visited a farm sanctuary and looked in the eyes of a battered animal? It's revolting let me tell you. I'll take my chance on the lettuce or soy bean for now until I can grow my own produce and control the other harm on my own.

How does Tim Shieff not just live in a constant state of embarrassment at this point

Like always! Neil Bernard finds a nice, friendly way to debunk all arguments against a vegan diet.

I love Dr. Barnard. What a well-spoken, kind-hearted, and intelligent man.

Tim Shief is literally a flat earther, so why the hell does anyone take him seriously

“That is umm, ridiculous” 😂😂😂 love this man

“It’s just a good idea to put that in the history book.” Very well said, Doctor.

How can this LondonReal have the guy on from Bulletproof Coffee after hearing from an actual Dr. like this

"Some animals still die when you're vegan, so there!" Well then! That convinced me! Since a few animals die when you're vegan, you might as well kill much much more as a meat eater! That makes all the sense in the world!

I can’t believe people don’t understand basic ecology. Thanks for this! 💕❤️ I am 45+ meat free, 28 years vegan & from that 3 years fruitarian. We don’t kill anything for fruits 🍎 - not plants, not animals.

I love you Dr. Barnard! Thank you for doing this interview and sharing it with us

Weren’t we finished with bringing up that useless liar’s name?
MrRobertBatchelor
Using crop deaths to justify breeding, torturing, killing and eating other sentient animals is ridiculous. Exactly.
Thanks PBN & Dr. Barnard.

Dr. Neal Bernard offered a great response as usual.
