Tried this! Really delicious and easy.

How I did it:
Cook pasta and save water, set aside

Saute 1 finely diced onion in olive oil

Add 1-2 garlic cloves, saute 1 min

Add zucchini, salt, and pepper, cook down for few mins

Add pasta water and chicken stock cube till well covered

Simmer off till it's a mush (about 20 mins) then mix in the cooked pasta

Serve with parmesan

I just made it. I added some hot pepper flakes and few times water to boil it until it was super creamy. I eat it with wholegrain spaghetti to make my dish healthier. It was delicious! ❤️
