lowkey excited for the first day, it's august 14th and i just bought a bunch of new clothes and suppliesss! i'm going into the eighth grade, any suggestions 🤭 EDIT: i tried to reply to everyone because i looove this community💘

Here is 7th grade tips and like overall middle school tips:
Don’t stress
Just be yourself
Be kind to teachers
Be kind to other Students
Keep 2-3 really close friends, have others but have 2-3 you can always go to
Don’t have to focus on grades too much but start caring so that in high school it’s very easy cause 8th will be demanding as well
Make friends with teachers
Don’t legs people out
Don’t talk about people behind their back
Don’t focus on being popular focus on what’s important
Boys are not the most important thing in the world, they don matter in middle school or high school
Also don’t start or get involved in fights
Don’t start drama or be invonvd in unnecessary drama that you are not involved
Don’t be fake
Don’t be a pick me
Study when you have harder tests and learn study habits for later in other grades
Make sure u keep yourself clean, and look neat
Keep your bag neat
Don’t do too much makeup all you need is mascara and some brow gel maybe some concealer
Do, skincare if like it don’t do it for anyone else
Don’t go to parties as they are not for 7th graders more like juniors in high school
Don’t sneak out
Listen to your parents build a good bond with them
Hang out with friends but don’t hang out with friend when you have homework you have to do
