Plan ahead to avoid silly mistakes

Anticipation of hazards ahead of you is important when learning to drive. If you are not looking up the road further enough when driving you will not be aware of what could be developing into a potential car accident. This example comes up regally where you have to give way because of the road narrowing and the second car behind is not paying attention to what could be happening.
