hey spot this war machine is a repaint of the iron patriot from the iron monger wave. its the same mold as the civil war captain america war machine has changed from iron patriot to war machine color so hasbro follows suit according to the movie.

This is an Iron Patriot repaint and he suppose to have one gun.

Nice review and thanks for posting. I have this guy and the Iron Man 2 War Machine Walmart Exclusive, and, really, I don't think it's even close. The Iron Man 2 figure blows this one out of the water. I was disappointed with this Marvel Legends rendition. The gun is flimsy and doesn't stay in place and you're definitely correct about the "glitter-effect" on the paint. Found this version hard to pose, as well, and I agree with you about the "light-weight" factor. Just feels kinda cheesy. I'm interested in your thoughts regarding which you think is the better of the two. Cheers.
