Why when I look online do some images of the 5540 have the webcam at the top, which is correct

Sorry, but this video isn't correct. this isn't true you can click in the corner. But yeah, you can click almost everywhere on the touchpad. And why your fingerprint scanner lights? Because that one isn't a fingerprint scanner. You can buy with or without a fingerprint scanner, but you have to know that, with the scanner, it's just black. no lights or anything else on that button

My company gave this as a work laptop. I know its a workstation not designed for gaming.

Still I wanna know can i play less demanding games like NFS payback, NFS heat, fortnite, rocket league, GTA V ?

That is not mobile workstation... this is ultra thin fcking ridiculous case packed up with great hardware that you can't use with that body and that cooling. Complete waste of money.
