I can't help but think that the ppl who cancelled Rosie felt incredibly intimidated by her intellectual, creative and cultural superiority. They felt so superficial that they couldn't hack it. It smacks of an inferiority complex by ppl who know quite how hollow they are.

The depth behind the performances she explained sounds spectacular.

I’m struck and stuck between “wow” and “what am I supposed to do with this information?” To be clear, I greatly value knowing this, however I’m simultaneously overwhelmed by it.

I started listening because I was lured in by Rosie’s beautiful speaking voice, continued watching because of her excellent storytelling and stayed because she gave a compelling explanation of transhumanism. This information is quite disturbing.

Rosie, you’ve given the best and most comprehensive explanation of what transhumanism is and what it means. Thank you.

Isn’t it amazing how all of these cancelled people go from being just sort of live and let live to becoming the foremost authorities on this subject? It’s like these cancel culture people created their worst enemies ❤

Love Rosie Kay. The connection between mind and body really isn't attended to enough - we are our bodies. Love to hear her delving into the bits of ideas in my head and really making them sing as a whole.

So much to consider. Thank you Rosie! The information is fascinating and very concerning. Hoping your talk will inspire people to help preserve the human spark amongst all this change and experimenting. ❤

It’s nice to see Jack Jewell get up to speak; calling himself “cisgender” is very much his sense of humour. A reality based theatre industry is needed and I’m sure would thrive.

Those, awful, awful young people, she opened up her home to them, fed and watered them and they turn on her like hyenas. Shame on them.

Dance is one of those huge things that is so fundamental it almost slips by and there's not exactly a true understanding of it. Like dreams, where we spend a good chunk of our life, and music, of course.
Babies dance before they can even stand up

I have nothing but admiration for Rosie Kay. There was a lot to process from her speech. I would love to work for a company such as Freedom In The Arts. I'm glad I watched until the end to hear that Jack fellow speak too. Refreshing to hear that some performers are over the wokeness. I would gladly work for a 'fringe alternative theatre industry'. Let's face it; most of today's live stage performances are no more than beans-on-toast entertainment at this point.

Bizarro! Scary, frightening, makes me glad I'm old already. Like the Tin Man in Wizard of Oz.

Excellent and important talk! This is where "They took it too far" can be watched from the front row. There was a choreographer who did the cultural part of politics (funded because not dangerous), until they asked the one thing too much of her to fulfill. So she saw the backstqage through open doors. Well done, you won an enemy.

In 1985 I, female, joined the USAF. The uniforms for men and women were different. Not only were the men’s uniforms designed better but the rank or stripes the men wore on their sleeves were literally 1/2” larger than the women’s. I had the option to wear men’s uniforms, and I did. After basic training I bought new men’s fatigues as I was never going to wear a uniform that made my name and rank smaller simply by putting it on my female body. In ‘86 I was very pregnant. I made my own maternity fatigues. I’m not certain people understand what I’m saying here. There were no maternity fatigues so I cut into the front pockets of my pants and added stretch fabric. After 5 months of being pregnant I was never within my uniform regulation. Finally at about 7-8 months my supe told me politely that I had to wear dress blues so I could have a maternity uniform. Only time I wore a uniform with smaller stripes. I grew out of my men’s homemade maternity fatigues and I think they realized there was no uniform made for me. I worked in a maintenance field, fatigues was my duty uniform. I wore my hair short enough to be within the male regulations. I wore men’s uniforms. I worked building bombs for aircraft. I am also every inch a heterosexual female. Ultimately, after 7 years, I was drummed out of the service for being-female. That’s not sour grapes, it’s proven in service related documentation. You’ll have to forgive me if I don’t take it well that a whole new group of people, women(?), are having problems with me being female again.

I want to watch more talks from Mrs. Kay, but about her art and theatre - even the small glimpses she gave us here really made me interested in her points of view and about her passion for the arts.

Fiction that deals with this and shows how monumentally HORRIBLE it is:

-Wonder Project J2 (N64)
-Megaman/Rockman (all series, all games, all media)
- .hack (dot hack) multimedia franchise (all)
-Anime (near constantly, Neon Genesis Evangelion is one, Eureka Seven is another, Rahxephon, Space Runaway Ideon, Infinite Ryvius, Castle in the Sky / Tenkuu no Shiro Laputa, Bokurano, Ghost in the Shell, etc. It's basically a subgenre of anime since the 1970s)
-C.S. Lewis' Space Trilogy (Out of the Silent Planet, Perelandra, That Hideous Strength)
- certain Hollywood movies: A.I., I-Robot, Total Recall (one of the remakes), Blade Runner (all), the list goes on.

With all of that being said, the possibilities of the hell that awaits us if we mess up, WHY ON EARTH IS ANY OF THIS BEING CONSIDERED AS A GOOD IDEA?!
