45 Minute Glutes Giant Set Workout | WORK - Day 18

If you're looking for the best glute workout to feel the best ways to work your glutes, this is it! It's Day 15 of THE WORK, my Feb. 2023 program! I am so proud of you for crushing this month's program! Tag me on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter in your sweaty selfies!

I am obsessed with this workout, it might be my new favorite glute workout on the channel! We will complete 3 giant sets of glute exercises. Giant set 1 is catered to exercises moving through the sagital plane and single leg activation. Giant set 2 contains hip extension exercises. Giant set 3 contains abduction exercies. We will complete two rounds of each giant set and eack exericse will be performed for 45 seconds. Grab glute bands, your dumbbells, your bench if you have one, water, and a sweat towel!

2. Step out lunges
3. Staggered Front racked or pistol Squat
4. Step Ups
5. Deficit Reverse Lunges

6. RDL
7. KB Swings
8. Band Kickbacks
9. Glute Bridges
10. Single Leg Glute bridges
11. Bench Superman Hypers

12. Band Squat Walk to side
13. Band Squat Pulse Tap Outs
14. Band Standing Abduction left
15. Band Standing Abduction right
16. Band Fire Hydrants alternating
17. Side lying abductions

These giant sets are no joke. I was dripping with sweat at the end. Sydney's hint .."you are awesome, strong, doing good sweetie". I am just amazed as to how Sydney is constantly challenging with these awesome workouts. 💕

Adjustable weight- perfect! Usually consistent weights, but time to transition while standing.

Crushed this .Deferred doing the w/o until early evening. Babysat my grandson in the morning, my pool training this afternoon...What a serendipitous work out, I am doing a swimming gala in 10 days two of the races I am doing are in Breast stroke this was perfect for my kick! Who knew you were training a seventy year old for her gala Sydney! Off to use my foam roller! Thanks again

My glutes were more than feeling it today. This was a burner of a workout. I had to dig deep but it was worth it. I can't wait to feel stronger and more confident the longer I go with Sydney.
