I am obsessed with this workout, it might be my new favorite glute workout on the channel! We will complete 3 giant sets of glute exercises. Giant set 1 is catered to exercises moving through the sagital plane and single leg activation. Giant set 2 contains hip extension exercises. Giant set 3 contains abduction exercies. We will complete two rounds of each giant set and eack exericse will be performed for 45 seconds. Grab glute bands, your dumbbells, your bench if you have one, water, and a sweat towel!

7. KB Swings
8. Band Kickbacks
9. Glute Bridges
10. Single Leg Glute bridges
11. Bench Superman Hypers
12. Band Squat Walk to side
13. Band Squat Pulse Tap Outs
14. Band Standing Abduction left
15. Band Standing Abduction right
16. Band Fire Hydrants alternating
17. Side lying abductions
