I have a "Recessive Chin" and i HATE it, i also have none defined jawline a flat face, a flat forehead, a thin long nose, i used to be very pretty as a child I wish I knew earlier about tongue posture and stuff, i'd still be pretty anyway thanks doc for everything ♥

If you're not mewing, what are you doing?

If you have weak chin, does this mean you'll automatically have an overjet? If so, is it normal that your jaw feels like it's hanging on your jaw joint on one side and makes some clicking sound when you're biting down on your back teeth and especially when eating hard foods(hurts sometimes)?

Id like to say I am 15 and I having been mewing since December/January till now.
I almost fixed my receding chin and I have seen alot of progress with my jaw line.
Yes mewing can fix receding chin but it might depend to as how severe your case is and how old your are.

I have recessed jaw and my teeth are alligned, i think my orthodontist worked on my teeth while i had poor jaw/tongue posture. So now if i mew and my jaw goes forward, i have maxilla underbite, probably because my orthodontist put braces and removed 2 teeth, causing my maxxilla to shrink a little bit, and so making it match with my recessed jaw teeth.

Could this be a reason why many Asian countries house people with more rounded chins? Since, their main food is rice and other foods. European countries, African countries and American countries both house people who eat mostly hard foods for centuries. I'm sure this is only a coincidence and just genetics playing.

One of my heart throbs from when I was you is Eric Faulkner from the Bay City Rollers...he had a gorgeous chin but as he aged, he lost his chin all together...wonder why that happens to some people...

When iam Mewing I feel like my tongue goes back like when I suck it to my palette it’s fine but once I close my mouth normally I can control it and it formed back so I have to do it over again I can’t keep the position for so long and because of my tongue I make these noises is that right or what I don’t get it
