Hey so I'm a vet tech and very familiar with cat body language, your cat is not mad when you stop singing. He/she does not want to be held like that and is feeling extremely uncomfortable. Note the ears and the tail, that's very aggressive cat language. Also please make sure you clean those bites and claw wounds, cats have a really potent bacteria mix in their saliva that can actually threaten your life if it gets bad enough. People have lost fingers/whole hands and limbs to those infections. Take care of yourself my dude, and please listen to your cat when it says it's had enough~

Being a cat lover for over 50 years, I look immediately at the kitty's body language. Male cats especially do NOT like being held on their backs. His ears reared back and growls tell you he feels vulnerable in that position. Probably doesn't understand your loud voice either, so he thinks you are pissed at him and holding him in a defenseless position. I would exercise caution. You are actually training him to be aggressive to humans. Those bites and scratches on you could cause very harmful infected wounds on you.
