In this video I share a personal example of my anxiety in relation to going to the cinema but as I talk you through my thoughts and feelings, you can apply the logic, tools and strategies to your own scenario. Anxiety can ruin your life. My anxiety used to be uncontrollable and lead to panic attacks that would land me in A and E. After a tonne of therapy I now have my anxiety under control. However I feel ready to take the next step and get actively braver and stronger by re-evaluating my coping strategies to something even better and healthier.

I thought sharing the next stage of the journey with you, would help to support you and give you a bunch of ideas and tools for improving your anxiety. It would also make me accountable and more likely to take action!
