Wed 11/9/22 - US weather / Hurricane Nicole / The polar vortex returns [Forecast Lab]

In this episode we'll discuss Tropical Storm Nicole (soon to become a hurricane according to NHC forecasts). A strong +PNA pattern will develop with polar air mass incursions east of the Rockies next week, and a strong Hudson Bay polar vortex becomes established by the 20th-25th. What will that mean for our forecast?
