Recipe:
-500g flour
-200ml milk
-30g fresh yeast
-90g softened butter
-80g sugar
-2 egg yolks
-5g salt
-white chocolate
-food coloring
In a bowl, sift the flour. Dissolve the yeast in milk. Put all the ingredients in a bowl. Knead the dough for 5 min, then cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for 30min.
Roll out the dough 1cm thick. Cut out with a glass. Fry the donuts at 160°C/320°F until golden brown and place on kitchen paper to drain excess fat.
Toppings:
-Heat chocolate in a water bath and dip the donuts in it
-Decorate with more chocolate or fruits as you like
