The big freeze of 1963

Nice piece of film, but looking at it several times, I would say that's more like 1983. A man is clearing snow of his N reg Vauxhall Viva car (1975) and the children paying in the Snow where one child has on flared trousers (Not fashionable in 63) and not really enough snow either to be 63, and it's all in colour too. I think it would be likely in black and white film. Traffic on road doesn't look to be 1963 traffic either.

Ahh yes the big freeze, it was the coldest time I can remember and the wind was so cutting, that winter went on and on till march.
