Hi, another great video. Some days your plans just don’t turn out as we plan them to, I try not to beat myself up over it as there is always tomorrow. Running is a guilty pleasure not a pleasure to be guilty up the great work. Cheers

Time is the great equaliser in life. No matter who you are we all have 24 hours in a day. No more, no less. How we use those 24 hours essentially determines who we are and the person we eventually become. Most people who say they don't have time to run probably spend at least two hours of their day watching TV in the evenings after work. If you want something bad enough you'll make time for it.

When people say 'I just don't feel like running / exercising today' they are missing something very important. They aren't answering the right question. The question isn't 'what do you feel like doing?' - if it were we'd all just sit on the sofa eating doughnuts all day. The real question is 'are you happy being out of shape / overweight / unhealthy / unfit?' or 'do you want to be healthier, fitter, have more confidence, or hit X goal?'. When you start answering the right questions you will know what you have to do.

another possible tip is to make a running appointment in your calendar I have 3-4 of these a week + one mountain bike session and most weeks I can make it happen. I usually try to make the running appointments first thing in the morning.
