It's good, but a tip that applies to this and some of your other covers is that the chords tend to "jump" if you get what I mean. They just play one and then a bit abruptly switch to another, if you could get a bit more flow between chords I personally think it would sound a lot better. But hey, I'm just some guy on the internet, you can ignore me if you'd like.
