Transitions: How to Stay Connected with Your Senses
Показать описание
Are you someone who lives mostly in your head?
Do you struggle getting grounded or feeling your body?
This short video is about how to connect your mind deeply with your senses and your body to be more present, embodied, stay grounded, connected to your life force and vitality using nature awareness practices and Feldenkrais lessons. Annie Thoe, Feldenkrais and Nature Awareness Teacher talks about how to use transitions like waking up in the morning to keep you connected to your senses and your body through your day.
This is an excerpt from the "Bat Wisdom Series - Seeing in the Dark" which is about how to improve your skill in seeing and moving in the dark (physically and metaphorically) by learning from bats. Some of the lessons use inverted yoga positions, blind-fold and eye palming to improve visual and sensory skills for balance in the dark, deeply relax nervous system and improve balance for standing and walking and of course, night vision.
