Jeez. Hydro traveler is a huge disappointment.
Anemo was pretty solid when you got him. And sometimes his unique element priority was useful.
Geo - very situational support. Not bad, really. But he have enormously small area in which he is the best. And imho he is the funniest geo char to play (weak, but flexibility of usage if you use fantasy is great)
Electro - feels like budget Raiden. In 9/10 cases can be easily replaced by Fischl with favonius bow.
Dendro - pretty nice dendro support, the best now.
Hydro - he was completely powercreeped like 2 years before his appearance... In the best case. Probably C4 will make him better E really need a shield, but C0 is really peace of you know what

I have a theory or maybe rather a hope that someday MC will get the option to use all elements, maybe only in the story special mode or something... But I wish it was a permanent feature, that way we could combine their abilities from different elements but I guess Hoyo also don't want to add this because in their eyes it's too OP - you basically can have 3 characters + 7 in 1 (when MC has all elements) = 10 characters instead of 4 in your team 😅 But if Hoyo would really add this option it would explain why they made MC so weak in every his version
