I got a qiyi qidi s as my first “speed cube” the corner cutting is not the best but at least it is an upgrade from my Rubik’s brand 2x2

I have the QiYi S, on my opinion I actually really like it. Yes the reverse corner cuts are really annoying, but still it’s a good overall cube, if you add lube, it’s fast af. So I would recommended it as a beginner cube, and then after that, you should the. Buy the little magic.

I got my first 2x2 by ordering a 3x3 from cancube and they messed up the order so I ended up getting a mastermorphinx, 2x2, and 3x3 for the price of a 3x3, it was very nice of them to throw in the extra mastermorphinx and I was very pleased

I spent 25 minutes memorizing the 3x3 for my first blind attempt. I can easily solve 2x2 blind and am now going for the 3x3. I then spent another 10 minutes to make sure I had it all memorized. I mess up on the first algorithm!
