I removed mines all the time. This comes from bread and milk . The more I push against it it the farther it keep growing. Has been getting difficult for me. Before watching this video i dont know this is called tonsil stone. From childhood I used to remove it by my tongue 👅 it's smell is bad. I am able to do this because my tongue reach that point when I twist my tongue.

Mine come in a less bumpy shape. I can get them on both tonsils but they are usually more on my right tonsils. I can go a month without them at max. They started while I was in middle school. I'm done with high school now
