When I was a teen working at the Kmart cafe I accidentally sold a shellacked cheese danish to a woman she was like this thing is hard as a rock! I microwaved it again thinking it was still frozen but then my boss was like Amy no it’s shellacked! I felt bad and gave her 2 blueberry muffins at my expense I was definitely feeling dumb in that moment. 😂

This is so cool! ....Though I can imagine the disappointment when seeing all this yummy looking stuff and realizing you cannot eat it lol!

Maybe it’s due to the fact that I work at a restaurant, but I could immediately tell that all of the food looked a bit fake. There was something about it that had a slight appearance of the kitchen toys/food I played with as a child. Obviously this is of far higher quality with artisan talent of re-creating the beauty of patisseries and various cuisines that are immensely, aesthetically pleasing. So much so that my stomach is begging for a bite. Brilliant! 🌹✌️
