Thank you. I did all the steps you said and I got the house on my first run. The only thing you didn't mention, probably you didn't know, is that if your entire team runs striker, you're guaranteed to end up in the rave room in one of the phases, (if you ran a two or more). I just didn't knew about the shotgun because I always ran an assault rifle, well my friend has 9 or more house always ran a shotgun version. We just thought he always got lucky.
