JA2 1.13: Getting and using intel

I've introduced a new resource - intel - to the game. Getting intel will involve several kinds of intelligence/spy work, and you can use it to buy useful information on enemy formations or high-tech weaponry from the black market.
As a side-effect, it also allows spies to hide in enemy-occupied territory, which should allow for a lot more roleplay.

I tired this in my JA2 1.13 Wildfire BETA ENG (Gr_9169) (Dr_2620) run and the "hide"- and "get intel"-assignments make me loose loyality and count as a retreat in history log (in Grumm for example). Defeat music is played on SAM sites aswell. Guess the WF 6.07 maps are missing something right?^^
