Elon Musk just revealed New Starship Moonbase design!
The moonbase concept serving a permanent presence of humans on the Moon has been proposed by Nasa since the late 1950s.
In 1961, the Apollo program was launched aiming to research and explore the Moon, thereby facilitating human life on this planet in the future.
However, things ended. After Apollo 17 in 1972, the program came to a close.
Decades later passed with many presidential terms and many space programs enacted but the dream of a Moon outpost remained distant.
Until a daring outsider appeared: Elon Musk's SpaceX.
Famous for being ambitious, Elon Musk has built the giant Starship Rocket to make his dream of a multi-planetary life come true.
And building a moon base is actually one of the vital steps in his plan.
In 2020, SpaceX's CEO declared that SpaceX's Starship 'can serve as part of Moon Base Alpha, with no need to bring early ships back.'
So, how will the Starship moon base be designed?

Me: This video looks good....
Video: "The moon base has been proposed by NASA since the late one thousand, nine hundred fifty."
Me: ok, I'm

It is an interesting concept when it comes to Starship, but why not take the habitat portion of detach from the fuel/tanks areas and place the habitat portion on the ground, while using the fuel/tanks for storage facilities. The current habitat area of Starship is enough volume for a sizable team on the Moon, plus all that habitat volume i would image would also be filled with equipment, needs etc, etc, starship theoretically could bring everything it needs to establish a luna base, including adding onto that base with additional starships or modules inside of starship. Starship in general is a GAME changer once they get everything figured out! I even see the potential of ppl using the upper stage where starship would be located as other outside contractors putting there own pieces on top of the booster in one solid piece or fairing large enough to put up LARGE portions of a station or parts of one.

WOE!!! 📣 Did I hear that correctly? Does it cost 10 million dollars per person per day on the ISS?

Interesting video BUT the AI voice sucks!

Let's get a %100 success rate for starship and booster before we start thinking about building a Moonbase. We have to get there first and as of now we can only get a partial orbit of starship and all 3 boosters and starships have been lost so far.

it's important to specify pronounciation in the TTS system. saying NASA has wanted to make a moonbase since the last "one thousand nine hundred and fifty" is laugh out loud funny.

All just AI generated nonsense although it is against YouTube rules to not create these rubbish.

Dynetic's Alpaca lander should go first because it can land on sketchy terrain a lot more safely. (nice squatty, wide, low-aspect) Then Alpaca can get some nice landing pads and other infrastructure ready for the Starship.

Wow from 10, 000, 000.00 down to 150, 000 this is why space can not fail … wow
