Nice views from those ledges!! It was socked in for me that day so I’m glad to see it through your eyes!

Listen to your body when it’s this hot out. It’s easy to develop heat exhaustion (ask me how I know). Your thoughts about more water are good. The weather has been much hotter than usual this year. Take it easy, you’ll get through this.

I live in Pennsylvania near the Lehigh Gap so I'm close to many of the AT trailheads in PA. I hike it all the time. I've always though the Pulpit Rock view was actually better that the view from the Pinnacle. The stretch from Bake Oven Knob all the way to NJ pretty much is tough for finding water. Usually there is a cache at Little Gap/Blue Mountain Rd which helps. You went through here during a really hot stretch in our area. You were smart to listen to your body. Being dehydrated can really be a problem if you don't take care of it. Thanks for taking us along!!

You're doing great!! Pushing through the rocks and the heat - tough stuff or sure. God's blessings, girl!

Hiking in the heat is just tough and add a lot of rocks don’t help. Good luck tomorrow to you . 😎Mojo and Ziggy 🏃🏼🏃🏼

That trail is crazy today! Turns you right around and go back the way you came. That would make you tired!

Hydration is essential while hiking, in general, and especially when it's hot, but you already know that.😉 Thanks for the mighty fine views and the mighty fine videos.

The view from Pulpit Rock never gets old. Are you drinking electrolytes? Those usually help with headaches.

Good video with some good pretty views, no rattlesnakes or copperhead at this time, so let's keep on hiking 😊

I remember section-hiking this part of the PA Trail. It was snakey -- copperheads in the rocks. Who knows, maybe it was even too hot for them on this day.

As a firefighter here in the south, we have a rule, "Drink before you get thirsty", Keep drinking that water, The heat and humidity will get you real quick, Maybe try to pick up some Gator aid packets or something similar, we also call the humidity humility LOL, you're in our prayers.
