I do not recommend head and shoulders dandruff treatment with zinc p. It did not help me at all. I used twice a week for nearly 3 months

I have dandruff for 2+ years now and I've noticed it is worse during colder weather. I've been using head and shoulders for 6 months 2x week and it hasn't been helping at all. I didn't know different shampoos treated differently so after I tried 3 brands I gave up. I do have dry and flaky skin on my forehead too, but now I will try some other shampoos you recommend, before speaking to a doctor. Thank you 😊

My mom used mayonaise on my scalp when I was a teenager and I have not had this issue since. I am almost 60. Part the scalp and put it on like hair greese and scratch with a comb all over, then leave on 20 mins, then shampoo and condition. Old remedy...

I find that alkalizing by drinking a cup off water with apple cider vinegar help. Never go for acidic shampoos. Doesn’t treat problem at source.

What about tea tree oils and multiple vinegars? Effective home remedies? I ask because I know for a fact the American market in this area has been very predatory and has been allowing scientifically proven fast cancer causing products within their shampoos for example head&shoulders have multiple.
