what is the stock never comes back to your put price, and just goes straight up, will you lose out on buying the stock at a worse price?

I have 2 brokers, and I wasn't approved for selling naked puts (or calls). They feel it's too risky, and only approve a select few ... probably firms, the rich etc. Any tips on how to get approved?

Thats basically selling a naked put but ready to acquire shares if it turns against you...correct?
Does your cash at strike get tied up through the duration of the trade? If not then you must have the highest level of options account allowing for selling naked put..I take.
