Error occur when I try to install PUBG lite pc

My issue is that I can actually run it, by clicking the application its self, but however when I right click a file like an excel file and click open with and select the program it says this program can not run on this pc. Really strange that it would say that cause I totally can open the program itself when I click on the program. The program I am trying to run is microsoft excel 2010, I can double click open the program fully when I click on it and it opens like a charm. However when I right click on an excel file and click open with, than select the program directory of the program. Click open then I get the this program cant run on your pc. Only when I try to open a file with it this happens. Whats the issue?

Well ... I was unable to open my EXCEL 2007 file on desktop ... but I could open directly the excel.exe app in my Program Files / blah blah ... don't understand the reason ... but when yu can open the app itself ... you can find your file directly form the app and open it ...
