On Tuesday, the Karnataka cabinet approved the bill, prompting a strong backlash from prominent figures in the tech and business communities, who argue that the legislation is both unconstitutional and harmful to the state's economic health.

Bengaluru is the silicone valley of Asia and its a cosmopolitan city.
If u say Karnataka is for kannadigas, then we will not b able to draw investments from abroad. And the economy of the state will have a nose dive. This ideology must b taken step by step. It's should start with 10 -15%and slowly increase it on yearly basis. Then it will not draw criticism from all sections of the industry.
