PM Lee is wise like his father. Of particular note is his comments on US industrial policy which is investing billions of public dollars into computer chip production, batteries and other tech. We can all agree that those are policy choices, but these choices impact markets around the world. It's hard to remember the last time an American president was pushing for "free trade". That's the last thing that will come out of Trump's mouth.
