Madam, working within this industry the cost of purchase is not the biggest cost, maintaining it is. This is a different world, i was recently in Monaco, boats costing half a billion dollars, yet the crew are often poorly paid.

Do not buy a boat in the Philippines. Buy your boat in Taiwan or Malaysia because there's more honesty and little corruption.
