Nice that you are so handy with the motion editor, but why are you not using die graph editor where you can manipulate each pose precisly the way you want it and where it is much easier?

Whenever you keyframe the camera in the graph editor, you have to reapply all the effects like jitter in motion editor once again.

The die editor as in the graph editor? It disrupts the animation poses in the motion editor.

is there a way to go from one sequence to another like im trying to do a video where alyx is running across a roof top then she will climb ontop of another but my problom is how to i make it so like once shes at the wall of the second roof top she will stop running and climb up

Tutorials aren't supposed to be fun...they're educational, hence why this one is good. If you have no damn patience, learning to use SFM isn't your field.
