Welcome to my Minecraft how to build a medieval Castle tutorials series. In this series we will be building this huge medieval castle complete with houses, blacksmith, stables, archery, barracks, huge castle, storage area, walls, gate, courtyard and a full interior.

In part 13 we will continue the interior and laying out some of the stairways and rooms. We will also work on a soldier chill out room and a library for the castle.

Side note to anyone building this on their survival servers: Make sure credit is given where credit is due! Pop a sign outside or at an entrance telling everyone who visits who designed your castle (BlueNerd) AND who built it (you). This is how he gets people interested in his videos. The more builders who watch his channel, the more awesome content he will be able to provide for you.

I know I'm pretty late to the party with this series. I've been thinking about building your castle for quite a while now, but never got around to it. Now I'm building it in a new 1.18.2 single player survival world, and I'm having so much fun with it. What an amazing design! Beautiful "Cinderella" style fantasy castle. It's just awesome. As I get further into the interior though, I'm starting to think the sheer size of the effort may be burning you out a little bit. I hope you are still doing well and having fun. Hey so I have a couple suggestions for rooms:
°smelting room (probably in the blacksmith)
°a room to wash and groom the horses (in the building by the stables)
guest bedrooms
°a study (I would really like this one, you could have a large fireplace with maybe a secret entrance in it and a desk and some bookshelves and a few paintings and sofas)
°theater room (to watch people perform or something idk)
°chill out area or living room
°bathroom and maybe a sauna

Congratulations on the 50K!! I love the library expansion. It did look a little cramped before, and now it looks more spacious. I'm not sure where you would put it, but a grand ballroom could be a a good idea for space filler somewhere. I look forward to the next episode.

In my world that I’m building I have this castle as the main structure of the capital city and I decided to give homage to you by putting you into the lore of the world. Just wanted you to know that. Anyway good work as always.

Edit: I made Bluenerd the grand architect that planned out and help build the castle in the lore, and he was recognized by the king for the grand castle he made.
