Tuslob buwa is indeed very delicious. As someone living in Cebu City I already tried various types of tuslob buwa and even tried tuslob buwa in pasil. For me there are 3 popular tuslob buwa places in Cebu, Pasil, Pardo, and of course Azul. If you want a more specialized kind of tuslob buwa, you should try Azul cause egg and chicharon are included in the tuslob buwa set along with I believe 12 pieces of puso(12 rice) in the price of 100 pesos and up. But if you prefer something simple and cheaper going to Pasil and Pardo is a better option because when your going to eat tuslob buwa in these places the buwa is free instead you'll only have to pay the puso(rice) which in Pardo the puso is small size and would cost around 4 pesos each and in the Pasil their puso is big size and would cost around 10 pesos. There's a downside unto this tho because Pasil tuslob buwa is actually not that very hygienic to some since the buwa is free literally anyone who will eat tuslob buwa can and will instantly dip their puso in the buwa, unhygienic because some of them would double dip so yeah you can imagine many saliva hahahah but you can also request for you own cooking pot so yeah hahaha. Even though it's unhygienic many people especially students would choose tuslob buwa in Pasil and Pardo more than azul why It's because of the cheap price hahaha. For me personally I would recommend tuslob buwa from Pardo because not only the buwa is free but also you can have your very own stove just like in azul but for a cheeper price.

I am from the Visayas region, I know what tuslob means, but I was baffled with the term "buwa". It sounds familiar, but thought it was a foreign word, then the subtitle said bubbles. I was shocked for a moment, and ashamed of how stupid I was. In my dialect, we call it "bula".

Ps. Just sharing. I haven't eaten a pig's brain in my life, great job for having the courage to try the dish.
