Quite possibly my favorite wings at B-Dubs, primarily because it feels like I'm eating a chicken dinner without those annoying vegetables. Not only is this a spot on copycat recipe, but just think about all the ways you can use this sauce? Smoothies, face cream, cuts, sores, bathtub, etc. I hope you can be apart of the Parmesan Garlic movement and make a difference!​

Parmesan Garlic Sauce
200 Calories Per 2 oz
Makes ~ 1 Cup

Prep: 10 minutes
Roast @ 400°F: 30-40 minutes​
Deep Fry Wings @ 350°F: 8-10 minutes

Equipment:

Ingredients:
• 6 Cloves Garlic
• Olive Oil
• 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
• 2 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese
• 1 Tbsp Corn Syrup
• 1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
• 1 Tbsp Dry Seasoning Blend
• 1 tsp Lemon Juice

Dry Seasoning Blend:
• 1 Part Marjoram
• 1 Part Basil
• 1 Part Oregano
• 1 Part Thyme
• 1 Part Black Pepper
• 2 Parts Salt
• 2 Parts Red Pepper Flakes​

Directions:

1.) To roast your garlic, chop off the top of the bundle exposing the garlic tops. Place on tin foil, drizzle on a tbsp of oil and fold the foil to enclose the garlic.

2.) Roast for 30-40 minutes at 400°F or until garlic is soft.

3.) Let the garlic cool down and you should be able to easily pop the garlic out of the skin and into a food processor. You want to blitz the garlic into a paste. Now you've learned how to roast garlic, which can be used in several recipes.

4.) Mix the dry seasoning blend into a bowl and set aside

5.) Mix the garlic paste, mayonnaise, parmesan cheese, corn syrup, apple cider vinegar & lemon juice in a medium sized bowl.

6.) Combine roughly 1 Tbsp of your dry seasoning blend, more or less depending on your preference.

7.) Refrigerate overnight for best results when consuming.

I followed the recipe this morning..tasted it...tasted like mayo... left it in the fridge all day(as suggested in the video) tried it again 8 hours later...DAMN this sauce is spot on! Just like BWW! I fried up some wings...my life is complete now. Thanks JP and J. Goolia!

For those who don't know, there is an easier way to roast garlic-
1. Peel garlic
2. Season with salt and pepper
3. Place garlic in the center of a small plate
4. Rub your hands together and on the top of your lungs, shout boi! While pointing your hand at the garlic.

Made the sauce today with hubby.. didn’t add corn syrup, didn’t have marjoram but added Italian seasoning since marjoram was in there ( lol). And we we liked the way it came out. This is a keeper. Thanks!

I used this recipe last night, it was really good, but I did make a few adjustments.
1. I used a whole Garlic Bulb. As mentioned @4:22 More garlic can never hurt. 6 cloves just isn't enough, so a whole garlic bulb is a must.
2. I doubled the Parmesan. AND I finely grated 18 month aged Parmesan, No powdered parm will ever end up in any of my dishes.
3. 2 parts salts seemed a bit much, so I cut back on the salt, yet my fam still said it was on the salty side. I'll have to use less salt next time.

Besides that, I followed the recipe to a T, and I will definitely use it again! Keep on rocking it HellthyJunkFood! I'll be checking out more of your videos!

I tried your sauce recipe with the Bros. Green baked chicken wings and they turned out exactly like BWW's garlic parmesan wings and I can't cook worth a lick! Great job!

I used the BWW sauce to make a stromboli the other day and it was incredible, was gone in litteral minutes and i didnt have anymore sauce so i really needed this recipe! Thanks 👍

This is a spot on recipe. I didn't want to buy Marjoram or have leftover seasoning mix so I used 1/2 TBSP Italian Seasoning, 1/4 TSP black pepper, and 1/2 TSP of Salt and Red Pepper. This is mostly the same thing as the proportions listed.

Instead of a food processor, I just put the roasted cloves through a garlic press (same result but should be faster with less cleaning).

Next time I may also try substituting extra vinegar in lieu of the lemon juice. Since it's key that this recipe sits for several hours (which would dull any fresh lemon flavor), and so little is used I suspect I wouldn't be able to tell the difference.
